18 U.S.C. 2257 statement

Exemption statement

pornmana is a text-only directory and review site. We do not produce, film, photograph, upload, host or embed any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct. Our pages consist of our own written reviews, scores and links.

For this reason, pornmana is not a primary or secondary producer of such material, and the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to the content of this site.

Sites we link to

The websites listed on pornmana are operated independently. Each of them is responsible for its own content and for keeping any records the law requires of it. Questions about a particular site's records should go to that site's operator, usually through the 2257 or compliance notice on that site.
